This is my fitblr. After rehab, i really wanna get back into getting in shape and running so i figure why not write it down.

Weights: Arms/Shoulder

Oh man, last night I think i did too much on the farmer’s walk or something.  I was so sore on my left side where my abs are.  everytime I tried to do an isolation muscle on that side, it was killing me.  But still got a good workout in, gonna try and do boxing later if i can
